Once again, we are hosting our Thanks and Praise retreat as a full day at Golden Gate Canyon State Park in Colorado. Come spend the day soaking in the Psalms, seeing the beauty of all that God has made, and praising God together.

In this retreat, we soak in the rich glory of our heavenly Father, a God who promises that just as waters fill the deep oceans — so the earth will overflow with the rich awareness of his magnificent, incomparable beauty.

Saturday, October 10, 2026, 9AM – 5PM

Location:
Red Barn Group Picnic Area, Golden Gate Canyon State Park
We have reserved a group camp site – further details will be sent out to those who register. 

Cost:
The only cost is your entry to the state park: $12 per vehicle per day. Please plan to bring your own food.

Children:
A kids’ retreat is available for kids ages 1 to 10, with ~3 hours of activities on Saturday morning, and ~2 hours in the afternoon. If you have children ages 11 to 14 and would like them to participate in some way, please reach out to us. We are glad to discuss possibilities for kids in this age range.

Retreat Description:

The retreat will include a devotional and two separate times for participants to spend extended time with God. We will focus especially on the theme of praise using the Psalms to inspire and guide our own expressions of love and thanksgiving to God. There will also be opportunities for group sharing and interaction.
